Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at ANWAR & ANWAR CONSULTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, utilizing flexibility and organized approach to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
