Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Fin Sushi & K-Food. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
  • Mainenance of inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety.
Cooking Specialties
  • Japanese cuisine with a focus on innovative and delicious dishes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
