Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
