We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Water and Wastewater Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water treatment plants, wastewater collection systems, and infrastructure.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Program Managers, Supervisors, and Project Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new capital infrastructure
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Represent the department on engineering reviews and capital projects
What You'll Need
  • Relevant university degree
  • 5 years of experience leading delivery of water and wastewater at a utility or related field
  • Desirable: Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Water and Wastewater Operator Certification
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,186 to $156,484 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, automatic enrolment into OMERS pension plan, accrual of vacation time, paid personal days, and flexible hours.
