Job Summary

The Northwest Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified Catholic Educator to join our team. As a Primary/Junior and Intermediate Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Ontario curriculum and Catholic education principles.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver professional development opportunities.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and committees to promote Catholic education and values.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Qualifications and current registration from the Ontario College of Teachers.
  • Primary/Junior and Intermediate qualifications.
  • Religious Education Part 1 qualifications or the commitment to obtain within two years of hire.
  • A demonstrated faith life and a strong commitment to Catholic Education.
