Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bubble Tea Brewers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands of standing for extended periods
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers. The work schedule will be 30 to 40 hours per week.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
