Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
