Job Summary

MUCHO BURRITO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including maintaining accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Security and Safety

The Food Service Supervisor will be required to undergo a criminal record check and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
