About the Role:

Ceci General Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Siding Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our exterior renovation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of siding, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to perform site inspections and work in various weather conditions.
