Job Title: Siding Contractor

Ceci General Services Inc is seeking a skilled Siding Contractor to join our team. As a Siding Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of siding on various projects
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Manage and train a team of installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete the job
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in siding installation and management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Overtime required during peak periods
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in siding installation and management
  • Permanent position with 32 hours of work per week
  • English is the primary language of communication
