Night Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and yourself
- Lead and develop a team of Managers and Crew Members to achieve business objectives
- Participate in local events and initiatives to positively impact the community
- Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Build sales and profits to drive business growth and success
