Night Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself.
- Sales and Profit Growth: Build sales and profits by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Community Engagement: Participate in local events and initiatives that positively impact the community.
- Culture and Values: Uphold the company's values and culture by leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and driving sales growth.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and problem-solve with confidence.
