About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, while also driving sales and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to our visual standards and ensuring a cohesive brand image.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and programs, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
  • Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
  • Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
