Job Overview

VapeInn Cigar & Smokes is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager - Sales Team Lead to oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Team Supervision: Directly supervise 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective sales performance.
  2. Tasks Assignment: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that each team member has a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  3. Purchasing and Inventory Management: Authorize purchases, order merchandise, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  4. Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
  5. Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • The successful candidate must be a reliable team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language proficiency is essential, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • A permanent position with 40 hours per week is offered, with opportunities for career growth and development.
