Strategic Workforce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
About the Role:
- This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- They will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate and possess good judgement.
- They will be responsible for co-ordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- This role also involves supervising personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements.
- Collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- They will be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- The successful candidate will also be reliable and a team player.
Salary: The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
