About the Role
We are seeking an experienced People Success Lead to join our dynamic and collaborative People team at Seequent. As a key member of our human resources team, you will be responsible for supporting and advising on the strategic workforce objectives of your dedicated business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with the Senior Leadership team to drive employee relations, talent acquisitions, and support roles.
- Lead a team of human resources professionals to ensure employee relations practices, policies, and recruiting efforts are aligned with the strategy and support business needs.
- Promote and develop a culture that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Drive succession and workforce planning efforts.
- Optimize the design of the organizational structure.
- Utilize key metrics to design solutions that enhance the overall health of the business unit.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar People leadership role within a global setting.
- Sound working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law.
- Exceptional professionalism, stakeholder management abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong global and cultural awareness, and a commitment to upholding ethical practices in all your actions.
