Estate Planning Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Planning Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and clients with insurance quotations, marketing assistance, and support for servicing of in-force policies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare materials for EPS meetings with prospects and clients, including insurance applications and accompanying documents.
- Prepare quotations on various insurance products.
- Ensure new applications are processed in our internal system and sent to the carrier.
- Manage pending cases and take appropriate actions to oversee the completion of the case.
- Develop relationships with partnering life company wholesalers, case coordinators, and underwriters to ensure efficient business handling.
- Support and maintain an Inforce Service program.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Experience with meeting tight deadlines and setting priorities, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $41,000 - $65,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program, which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
