Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Vineyard Laborer to join our team at FRIND ESTATE WINERY. As a Vineyard Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the growth and harvest of our grapes.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Weeding
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity
  • Physically demanding work
