We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre LTD. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have previous experience as a supervisor or lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a proven track record of managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health care plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Hire food service staff and address customers' complaints or concerns;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines;
- Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field;
- Safe Food Handling certification and strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers;
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
