Job Description:

The Consultant, Psychological Health and Safety plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of psychological health and safety within our organization. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can provide consulting services to support senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives.

This includes designing, developing, and evaluating new and existing PHS management systems, analyzing existing systems and processes, and making recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will partner with senior leaders and teams to design and implement change processes, deliver best-in-practice resilience training, and facilitate team development and changes in group norms, values, and culture.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Organization Development, Leadership, Adult Education, Behavioural Science, or other equivalent education and training. You must have five years' recent related experience in psychological health and safety, organization development, and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large-size organization.

Prior experience in healthcare settings and/or occupational health and safety education/experience is preferred. Your skills and abilities should include demonstrated knowledge of psychosocial factors impacting personal well-being and organizational health, organization development theory and applications, group facilitation skills, leadership and team development, adult learning strategies, project management, and conflict management.
