POSITION INFORMATION:This part-time support opportunity is a great chance to work with our facilities team and contribute to the smooth operation of our campus. As a Work Coordinator and Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities operations team, including coordinating work orders, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate records.
You will work closely with the facilities operations team to ensure that all facilities-related issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This includes coordinating with vendors, tracking work orders, and maintaining accurate records of facilities-related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:- A minimum of a 3-year diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Facilities Management.
- A minimum of 1-year of work experience in an office environment and data/business analyst role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Power Automate, Forms and similar tools; certificate in some business analyses tool such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with Archibus or similar computerized work order systems is an asset.
Hourly rate: $28.52
Part-time support opportunity (classification): Appendix 2- Project of a Non-Recurring Kind; November 2024 to November 2025
Hours: up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
