Everi is seeking a highly skilled Software Applications Engineer IV to join our Technology Management Team in Winnipeg, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing software requests, supporting teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our casino floor systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software requests from internal and external clients, gathering technical details and providing solutions remotely.
  • Support teams with escalations on loyalty products and provide production terminal troubleshooting.
  • Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, hardware deployment, and installation.
  • Provide team support and remote management support for software loading guides and terminal troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 8-12 years' experience working with software and hardware, with advanced experience in product, hardware, and system installations.
  • System administration and database experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and network experience in a technical capacity.
