Job Title: Software Engineer IV

Everi Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer IV to join our Technology Management Team in Winnipeg, Canada.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing software deployments, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, and enhancements
  • Deploy and install hardware and software, including network configuration and Windows Server setup
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production terminals
  • Develop and distribute software loading guides and remote management support
  • Responsible for analytical reporting of vendor performance
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve software errors and recommend improvement actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • 8-12 years of experience working with software and hardware, with advanced experience in product, hardware, and system installations
  • System administration and database experience
  • Windows Server Administration and networking experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
