Quality Assurance Lead

Lantic Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction site and equipment meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management plans for construction sites and equipment manufacturers.
  • Ensure that technical requirements and quality requirements are followed during the project.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the team responsible for the site, equipment manufacturers, and contractors.
  • Analyze quality trends and reports.
  • Produce quality reports.
  • Carry out quality audits with various managers.
  • Identify, initiate, and follow-up on requests for corrective actions and notices of non-conformities on site and from manufacturers.

Qualifications and Professional Experience:

  • College Diploma in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or other related discipline.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control on construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of quality management systems and requirements.
  • Experience in construction management is an asset.
  • Certification in quality management and/or quality audit is an asset.
