About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the position of Area Manager, Night Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure local offices are trained in BELFOR practices and protocols, working with General Managers to develop career paths and supporting the effectiveness of all departments.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans, focusing on revenue-based performance and conducting weekly operational meetings to review previous month's results.
  • Manage employee equipment assignments, usage of cellphones/computers, vehicles, and tracking of fuel consumption on a per office basis.
  • Assess and communicate jobsite conditions and concerns to the President, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Oversee financial management, planning, and controls for the region's office locations, providing monthly financial analysis and developing strategies to improve profitability and project completion.
  • Support daily Human Resources and Health & Safety activities, including recruitment, training initiatives, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in construction, insurance, or restoration industry.
  • 3+ years' experience in a senior level management accounting role.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite.
  • Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
