Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Go Motel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work schedule will be 30 to 40 hours per week.

The language of work is English.
