Job Title: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Royal LePage Peaceland August Jian Realty. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality service.
  • Identify training needs and provide guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure a deep understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
