About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Pack-Smart Inc. Automation. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning our cutting-edge automated packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission equipment to ensure seamless operation and handover to customers.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to review designs, modifications, and changes that impact equipment functionality.
  • Resolve installation issues, root cause problems, and participate in resolution analyses to identify potential risks during commissioning.
  • Train customers on equipment operation, machine setups, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
  • 4+ years of commissioning and qualification experience with automated machinery or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and design documents.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
