Marketing Manager

Aisle 24 Market is a pioneering company in the grocery convenience industry, leveraging technology to bring convenience to customers. We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national and local marketing campaigns to support grand openings, local store marketing initiatives, and franchisee prospecting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to create social media programs and digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned B2B and B2C online channels.
  • Lead online content strategy, calendar development, and implementation, managing day-to-day content delivery.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including copy and creative.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media campaigns.
  • Create and execute in-app and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and engage with the daily social conversation of customers and influencers to expand Aisle 24's social reach and evaluate social sentiment.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics, optimizing where necessary.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing; retail and/or agency experience is an asset.
  • Hands-on social media and digital marketing experience.
  • Digital native who understands what it takes to win on social.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva to create visual content; experience creating video content across a variety of platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • High competency with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Upfluence, or other similar social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and multi-task projects effectively.
  • Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
  • Occasional travel is required.
