Lead Content Creation and Advertising

Report and analyze performance metrics on all digital platforms and assess against goals, including preparing campaign and impact performance summaries and providing recommendations for continual improvement based on results.

Coordinate Video Production and Support Brand Initiatives

Coordinate video production and create in-house videos as required, and support the Foundation's ongoing brand and marketing initiatives.

Assist with Marketing and Communications Initiatives

Assist with the execution of a variety of marketing and communications initiatives and programs, and support the team to assist editorial control and oversee the consent and approval process for all marketing and communications materials.

Provide Training and Liaise with External Agencies

Provide training sessions as necessary for media requests, video creation, or interviews, and liaise with external creative agencies, designers, vendors, and video producers.

Maintain Knowledge and Budgets

Maintain knowledge of industry practices and trends in fundraising, digital communications, and consumer trends, and assist with maintaining budgets and provide insight and feedback to the Marketing & Communications annual budgets.

Requirements
  • A university degree or college diploma with five-year experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web programs and social media networks.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Demonstrates personal commitment, acts with integrity, diplomacy, and displays an open and trustworthy attitude.
  • Resourceful and independent while comfortable working within a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive, creative thinker who is enthusiastic about their work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and knowledge of NXT/Raiser's Edge is a strong asset.
  • Ability to use a DSLR to capture video/photography.
