Production Supervisor

The Mill Operator position is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their ability to multitask, work as a team, and use their leadership skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily operations of the Mill Department
- Assist in implementing safety programs
- Maintain and contribute to production levels
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment
