Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pioneer on the Run is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions, optimize product displays, and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
