About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Stuffy Riders. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues across the business to achieve sales and revenue targets, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, retail business.
