Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Ensure timely preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and reports.
- Office Administration: Oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory levels. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. Experience with electronic mail and manual filing systems is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, accountable, dependable, and a quick learner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience).
