Product Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Coordinator to support our Campaign Management Team in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and usage growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day marketing and administrative support, including:

  • Assessing and planning consumer experiential events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations
  • Identifying key features in products that appeal to customers
  • Creating campaign timelines and managing milestones
  • Working with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns
  • Preparing program and project-related documents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal team members

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, prior experience working in marketing, and knowledge of analytical software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft products, are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming familiar with company products
  • Assessing, planning, and executing consumer experiential events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations
  • Identifying key features in products that will appeal to customers
  • Creating campaign timelines and managing milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Working with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns for each product
  • Preparing program and project-related documents, such as meeting reports, meeting agendas, and other partner communications and correspondence as necessary
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting, healthy relationships with both clients and internal team members
  • Participating in collaborative team projects to help grow and build the program community
  • Performing other duties assigned as deemed necessary to meet company needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in marketing
  • Knowledge of analytical software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good workload management
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary Range:

$45,000 per year
