Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Himmatpura Logistics Inc. This is a temporary work term opportunity that will require the successful candidate to coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and security. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Delegate tasks to support staff and oversee office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and maintain inventory controls.
- Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and security.
- Assist with budget preparation and provide administrative support as required.
