About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our team and help drive the development of our conversational AI platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying complex software systems that power our platform.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from building new features and integrations to optimizing our existing systems for scalability and performance. You'll also have the chance to mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about software development, has a strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns, and is able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy complex software systems that power our conversational AI platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and milestones.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that our codebase meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
Requirements
  • Several years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on system architecture and design patterns.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience with relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
