Front End Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Vicky Luck Store. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff.
- Sell products on a retail basis and verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
