Front End Team Lead

Vicky Luck Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain disruptions, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Sell Products: Engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales growth through effective sales techniques.
- Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Verify Customer Age: Ensure compliance with age restrictions for the sale of lottery tickets, alcohol, and tobacco products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
