Freight Forwarding Sales Director

At JBAndrews, we are seeking a seasoned Freight Forwarding Sales Director to drive our business growth in Canada. With a strong focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans, this role will play a vital part in shaping our company's success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This involves achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our logistics experts to provide comprehensive freight forwarding solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in ocean and air freight, import/export, and customs brokerage services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and import/export services.
- A well-established network in the logistics and transportation sector in Canada.
