About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team responsible for creating engaging email, SMS, and ad creative for direct-to-consumer brands.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, digital media, and copywriting, with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills in visual communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to design effective email, SMS, and paid ad marketing campaigns for a wide range of e-commerce brands.
  • Design on-brand email campaigns and flows using preferred design software and Klayvio Email Builder.
  • Write engaging and creative email copy, subject lines, and preview text.
  • Use creative and strategic copy to create SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Design on-brand MMS graphics (image/gif) to pair with SMS copy using preferred design software.
  • Work alongside media buyers and creative strategists to develop ad creative for paid advertising on platforms such as Meta.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong copywriting skills.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and branding.

BASIC understanding of HTML/CSS.

BASIC understanding of UX/UI Design.

Preferred experience with Klayvio or other ESPs.

Able to work independently with minimal oversight in the creative process.

Effective time management, cross-functioning, and multitasking skills.

Preferred experience with Slack and/or Asana.

Versatile and able to conceptualize a brand's creative vision, language, and expectations.

What We Offer

Starting rate of $20-$30/hour.

All compensation raises are determined by your performance in the role and are available for both part-time and full-time positions.

We are 100% remote, meaning you choose which working hours are most suitable for you and your team.
