With a global footprint and a team of over 200 skilled professionals, we stand as a strategic partner for businesses navigating the complexities of the digital landscape.The Opportunity We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work across various platforms and media while working closely with clients to exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and production of visual content for digital media, including websites, marketing campaigns, product packaging, and more, tailored to client specifications.Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and refine deliverables based on their feedback.Develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identities.Manage multiple client projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process.Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients, making adjustments based on their input.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to offer clients the most innovative solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing situations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.Experience in brand development and packaging design.Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
