Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to:
    • Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters)
    • Digital assets (social media graphics, website elements)
    • Presentation materials
    • Branding materials (logos, business cards, letterheads)
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
  3. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visuals are modern, relevant, and innovative.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  5. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
  6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  1. Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX concepts.
  3. Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies
