Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Dhesi Meat Shop Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office materials and supplies.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the improvement of office processes and procedures.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • Language of work: English.
    • Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
