About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Search Associate to join our team at Heidrick & Struggles. As an Executive Search Associate, you will play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry-specific and client company research to bring market insights to the table.
  • Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies.
  • Assist Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop productive and trusting relationships.
  • Maintain the accuracy and quality of all Search information.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of professional experience or 2 years of transferable recruiting experience.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting or management consulting.
  • Experience targeting potential candidates and developing pitch materials.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects and working across teams.
  • Ability to identify market trends and research information effectively.
