We are looking for a Partner to join our collaborative and accomplished executive search team and play a lead role in expanding our national search practice. As a Partner, you will successfully guide clients and candidates to provide an efficient and high-touch experience from first introduction all the way through on-boarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple search assignments, delivering quality service in a timely manner
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client and candidate expectations to highest standards
  • Project management, which includes allocating resources, managing projects to time, budget and quality standards, and coaching team members to ensure success
