Job Title: District Manager

At Momentum Financial Services Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our sales team in driving district profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Monitor sales and profitability performance and identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Develop and implement a district recruitment and retention strategy for sales employees
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met within the district
  • Manage debt collection activities for the district
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment in financial services, ideally consumer lending
  • Passion for sales and developing a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
