About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Powell River General Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will provide emergency nursing care to clients/patients of all ages, working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to clients/patients of all ages, including stabilization and resuscitation of multi-trauma victims.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain and advance clinical competence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to emergency nursing care.
