Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Ricki's CF Polo Park store in Winnipeg. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging brand experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by offering personalized assistance and product recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and inviting store environment
  • Contribute to achieving business goals by driving sales and promoting products
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions, merchandise tasks, and visual displays
  • Support coworkers in maintaining a safe and clean store environment
Requirements
  • Friendly and personable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Interest in fashion and ability to stay up-to-date on product knowledge
  • Commitment to teamwork and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move throughout the store
  • Flexible availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
