About the Role

Brockville General Hospital is seeking a visionary Chief of Staff to lead our clinical services and drive excellence in patient care. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare at our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic and operational leadership in clinical service delivery, aligning with the hospital's mission to advance health and wellness.
  • Champion clinical excellence, elevate patient care standards, and initiate cutting-edge projects to enhance operational efficacy.
  • Integrate innovative technology systems to streamline operations and transform the patient experience.
  • Support and empower a physician engagement and participation strategy that reinforces diversity, inclusivity, accountability, and patient-centeredness.
Requirements
  • Accomplished physician leader with experience in formal leadership roles and a track record of accomplishments in leadership.
  • Values-based, inclusive, and visionary leader with a strong commitment to excellence and quality improvement.
  • Minimum of 2.5 days per week of dedicated leadership time to the role of Chief of Staff, balanced with regular frontline clinical practice at BGH.
